Emergent’s community-focused design philosophy combined with our powerful resource analysis software allows us to craft the optimal system for your site.
Maximize Energy Output
We use industry leading software and cutting edge methods to design and determine feasible small- or large-sized renewable energy projects. Powerful software helps determine the optimal system size and location to maximize the project energy output for the lowest possible cost.
Minimize Impacts
Emergent will perform a detailed impact analysis on the surrounding community. Our software will then tailor the system design to minimize any adverse impacts while maintaining low costs and maximum energy output.
Community Outreach
Emergent understands that renewable energy technology can negatively impact the surrounding community. Emergent employs the Public Charrette Design Process used widely in the planning industry to involve the community in project planning and design.
The Public Charrette-a multi-day, public planning session to determine when, where, and how a project can proceed-is the capstone of Emergent’s Design Process. Emergent invites public officials, community members, and all who believe they have a stake in the project to discuss and design the project together. The Public Charrette process, which has been acclaimed in the urban planning sector for years, significantly improves the potential for success of community energy projects. Emergent is the first organization to apply the Charrette process to renewable energy projects. We provide service unlike that of any other energy project planning and design company.
A Custom Solution
Using information gathered from our General Resource Assessment or Wind Power Master Plans, as well as the Public Charrette, Emergent designs a custom project to maximize power output and minimize cost and impacts.
