Emergent sells electricity from the renewable energy project directly to you for a discounted price, sometimes 10% to 20% below the current retail rate of electricity. With the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), your business agrees to buy this power for a certain period of time and at a certain price. The price might escalate or remain level for extended periods of time. All that is negotiable. We’re flexible and we usually like a challenge.
